🕒 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You will receive two email notifications:
1. Order Confirmation Email – right after you place your order.
2. Shipping Confirmation Email – once your order has been shipped, with tracking details included ( if you chose shipping with tracking ).
Please allow additional time during sales, new collection launches, or peak holiday seasons.

We ship worldwide! Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. However, we’re happy to help you open an investigation with the courier.
